PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
To me, great photography doesn't start and end with the photographer — I view my work as a collaboration and a shared experience. Even with a photojournalistic approach, I see my work as a partnership. One where I'm set up for success balanced with being able to capture things as they naturally unfold. I think my style has thus reflected this same spirit. It's relaxed but observant, intentional yet effortless, considered but never contrived.
On a personal level, I'm highly empathetic and can attune to the ryythm of the day. I think this awareness allows me to seamlessly adapt, whether embracing quiet, intimate exchanges or celebrating joyful, boisterous moments. Being able to sync with the energy around me allows me to capture people as they truly are.
Below is a sampling of both weddings and portrait sessions in the last 13 years. For full weddings, check out the blog or don’t hesitate to reach out. I think seeing a photographer’s full breadth of work is important.
